Regina Hall attended the 38th Annual Film Independent Spirit Awards ceremony, which was held in Santa Monica on Saturday.

The 52-year-old performer cut a fashionable figure while wearing an all-white outfit during her time in front of the cameras.

The actress, who recently attended the DGA Awards, has been nominated for the Award for Best Lead Performance for her work in the comedy feature Honk for Jesus. Save Your Soul.

Hall wore a layered white dress that featured several lace portions that covered up her midsection and arms during the awards show.

The lower portion of the Scary Movie franchise star's outfit was comprised of an opened front and a lengthy train at its back.

The performer accessorized with several pieces of jewelry and donned a sparkling pair of high-heeled shoes.

Her gorgeous brunette hair fell towards her shoulders and contrasted perfectly with the bright tones of her clothing.

Hall portrayed Trinitie Curtis in Honk for Jesus. Save Your Soul, which was centered on the pastor of a megachurch and his wife attempting to rebuild their congregation following a scandal.

In addition to the actress, the movie starred Sterling K. Brown, Nicole Beharie and Austin Crute, among others.

The movie premiered during last year's Sundance Film Festival and took in nearly $2.6 million from audiences, according to Box Office Mojo.

Honk for Jesus. Save Your Soul was positively received by critics and holds a 71% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Hall spoke about working on the movie during an interview with Harper's Bazaar, where she stated that the film would likely generate conversations about organized religion despite its comedic bent.

'It does have moments that make you laugh, but I don't know if they're expecting the other stuff that's gonna come with it,' she said.

The performer also remarked that, although she did admire certain aspects of organized religion, she was happy to be able to satirize its shortcomings.

The actress said that 'I love things about the church...but it's not an infallible institution.'

The 38th Annual Film Independent Spirit Awards were held at the Santa Monica Pier on Saturday, March 4, with comedian Hasan Minhaj hosting.

The nominations were officially announced late last year in November, and the awards ceremony is notably known for bringing 'together top talent from throughout the world of film and television,' according to the official website.

This year, the awards show will only be available to view via streaming, and will not air live on IFC, a first since 1997, reported Variety.

Instead, fans and audiences can easily tune in to watch the beachside festivities on IMDB's YouTube Channel, as well as the Film Independent's YouTube and Twitter pages.

Some of the top categories include Best Feature, Best Director, and also Best New Scripted Series.

The Spirit Awards have also installed new gender-neutral categories, combining both male and female actors for Best Lead and Supporting Performances in film and television.
