There have been plenty of powerful villains in Naruto from the very beginning of the series all the way through to its epic conclusion in Naruto Shippuden. One of the most notable antagonists in both series is Orochimaru, one of the three Legendary Sanin known for his many snake attacks and experiments attempting to master Jutsu and find immortality. Secret Invasion has a lot to answer for, but something we can be grateful about is that the otherwise underwhelming Disney Plus series gave us two exciting new additions to the MCU. Fans were overjoyed when both Olivia Colman and Emilia Clarke were added to the Marvel universe, hoping for big things from both of them. While theories might’ve been way off — Clarke didn’t turn out to be Abigail Brand, for instance — thankfully the Secret Invasion finale leaves the door open for more from both of them.

Velma has officially arrived on HBO Max, and as many suspected, the show is a typical example of the “adult” cartoon genre. Taking inspiration from the likes of Big Mouth and Rick and Morty, or at least hoping to see the same sort of success, the show works in some dark humor and violence. Couple that with one of the most well-known cartoons in pop culture and you’d expect a hit.
